“I had a slight disaster when the flush on my toilet broke, but I couldn’t access my cistern. When I called Triplepoint they answered the phone straight away & after explaining my problem, a quote was given immediately which was significantly cheaper than what other companies were charging. When the tradesman arrived, he was very friendly & explained what needed to be done before proceeding. My cistern was boxed in by a wooden shelf which had to be removed. He was very careful though & left no noticeable damage to the shelf. The toilet was fixed in under a minute, too! He even swept up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them. Brilliant service!”
